Anorí

Anorí is a town in the mountains of north-eastern Antioquia in Colombia, with a deep and lush jungle and large water sources. Even in the midst of mistrust and uncertainty, its inhabitants believe in the peace process and hope that the government will fulfil its promises to them and to the former FARC combatants. Since historically they have been a community abandoned by the state, there is little sense of ‘us’ and ‘them, but a sense of ‘we are one’. This municipality is home to the La Plancha Territorial Training and Reincorporation Centre (ETCR La Plancha).
